Other places worth visiting include the Tomb of Michael the Brave, situated on the hill where the great ruler was murdered, and guarded by a stone monument, 1601 meters tall, just like the year in which the tragic event took place, the Salt Baths, the Princely Palace, which hosts the History Museum or the Heroes’ Cemetery, an area of the Central Cemetery dedicated to the soldiers fallen in World War II. In the vicinity of the city, the celebrated can go on a hike in Turda Gorges, the mountains visible from the city, where they can enjoy an amazing adventure walking the narrow path formed by Aries river.
