Flying lesson in Bistrita

Follow in the footsteps of Romanian aviators Traian Vuia and Aurel Vlaicu, two pioneers of aviation, whose first attempts at building flying machines had a considerable role in the development and evolution of airplanes and helicopters into how we know them today.

Experience the thrills of your first airplane flying lesson and discover the absolute freedom of the infinite sky.

The flying lesson begins with a briefing from the pilot. You will learn how to maneuver the plane and the effects of your actions during your first flying lesson. Once this stage of your coaching is over, you will go through a complete tour of the aircraft in order to inspect the main control surfaces. 

The instructor will take off, show you some basic maneuvers and then is your turn to prove that you are a great copilot. Now you feel the emotions of flight on your own skin.

Please have in mind that this activity depends on the weather conditions and on obtaining all the approvals necessary for the flight. The commanding pilot has the responsibility to ensure maximum safety conditions during the flight; therefore he has the absolute authority to decide the interruption or postponing the mission at any time. We recommend you to book your activity in advance so that we will be able to reschedule if necessary.

• There is a weight limit of 100 kilograms/person
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or to peopl suffering from epilepsy or from any heart conditions
• Your transfer to the location is not included
• Please have in mind that, during winter, we not only have weather restrictions but also some airfields may be closed entirely. In this case, we will do our best to schedule your experience at a different venue.  

The activity is running throughout the year, on every Saturday and Sunday, between 9 AM and 10 AM.
